Habibi Village is an experience that is about the art of creation and alchemy of bread making, one of the most sacred and ancient practices to impact our civilization.

I learned  Saj Bread from my Lebanese ancestors  and how they made bread that brought the village together. . 

There is a beautiful rhythm that goes into that process of bread that I love to share with others. 

We will start with a prayer mantra as we knead the dough and move with ease to the stages of baking, topping and serving. This is an all handmade process, a creation that leaves us feeling complete and whole.
